CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Northwestern Medicine is commenting on the finding of two dead newborns in a daycare facility at the hospital Thursday night.
Chicago police said they were called to the daycare facility in the 400 block of East OntarioThursday night by a woman who found two dead infant girls in a trash bag.
Northwestern Medicine said there was an emergency medical situation involving a daycare employee on the hospital campus. No daycare children were involved, and Northwestern Medicine said it’s working with the Chicago Police Department during the investigation.
Northwestern Medicine officials said they’re unable to comment any further right now.
