CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- State police are investigating a deadly crash on the Kennedy Expressway overnight.
Illinois State Police say there was a one-vehicle crash on the inbound JFK at Addison Street shortly after 2 a.m. For an unknown reason, the vehicle rolled over and burst into flames. One person was dead at the scene.
State police said the other person was revived at the hospital and is reported in critical condition. The southbound lanes of the Kennedy were shutdown for about an hour and a half.
