A man was dead on the scene early Thursday after someone shot him in the head and body in the Brighton Park neighborhood.
Police found the unidentified man outside about 4:15 a.m. in the 3100 block of West 39th Place suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said.
He was pronounced dead on the scene and nobody else was hurt.
Area 1 detectives are investigating.
