The parents of a teenager who was detained for hours last week by what appears to be federal agents are threatening a lawsuit.
You may have seen the video of agents surrounding a grey sedan, pulling a girl out and pushing her to the ground.

CBS News Chicago reports Jazmin says her 18-year-old daughter Evelyn was detained in the Hoffman Estates Police Department parking lot last Friday.
Evelyn and her friends were released later but Homeland Security is disputing who was involved.
Her father Gerardo wants those responsible held accountable.
"Isn't it the law? Officers are supposed to protect and serve. Why would we lie about this?
Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin tweeted the video was an effort to demonize law enforcement and was actually of a burglary arrest in Chicago a year ago.
However, Hoffman Estates police said ICE was in the area on Friday.
Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi confirmed the incident happened in Hoffman Estates and says it shows what he calls ICE’s “cruelty without accountability, secrecy without oversight, and power without restraint”.
