Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Sherlock Holmes, Pennywise, hot dogs, beef sandwiches and Vanna White were all in attendance at the 36th Annual Streeterville Doggy (and Kitty) Halloween Party, at least in dog form.
Dogs -- and some cats -- dressed up to entertain the residents of Streeterville on Saturday at Museum Of Contemporary Art Chicago. The event was organized by the Streeterville Organization of Active Residents (SOAR), which started the parade 36 years ago.
Alderman Brian Hopkins and Maureen Schulman judged the competition and handed out three grand prizes from Eli's Cheesecake.
Pennywise riding on a wagon decorated like a sewer was one of the three grand prize winners.

A husband and wife duo took the other two spots of in the grand price category. They even got their baby to dress up as a baby beef sandwich.
