(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Three people are dead in an apparent murder-suicide in suburban Woodridge.
Police were called to a townhouse complex on 83rd Street just before 9:00 Friday night for a report of shots fired.
A woman and 2 children escaped unharmed, while a fourth person hid in a common area of the complex, and was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries and released.
A motive remains unknown as the investigation continues.
