(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- It's a busy time of year for some police departments...on the ice.

The Chicago Police Department and the Chicago branch of the FBI will square off in a hockey game on Saturday, March 11 at The Edge Ice Arena in Bensenville.

The proceeds will benefit Honor Flight Chicago, which flies veterans to visit war memorials in Washington, D.C. and will help the families of gold star families and families of first responders.

That same day, members of the Bloomingdale Police, the Bloomingdale Fire Protection District and both the Roselle Police and Fire Departments will team up to face the Lake Park High School Varsity Hockey Team at the West Meadows Ice Arena.

Chicago Blackhawks Stanley Cup Champion Ben Eager will attend the event for a meet-and-greet with fans.

Tickets are $25 for adults ($30 at the door) and $10 for kids 12-and-under. Tickets can be booked in advance by calling the Honor Flight Chicago office at 773-227-8387.
