
NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) --.For the fourth time since early last month, police have made a gun-related arrest at Top Golf. In each case. Police say an officer on foot patrol saw weapons that people were not supposed to have in plain view in their cars in the parking lot.
Last time this happened, DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin said it was disturbing.
"It's a family facility that people attend with their kids and that's what's disturbing about it is you've got convicted felons carrying guns with a lot of firepower," he said.
The latest incident occurred on Tuesday. A 35-year-old Chicago man identified as Cornelius Clark is charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
