
WEST DUNDEE, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Police in West Dundee are looking for three people who have now been charged in a fatal road rage attack last month.
The three men are charged with second-degree murder in connection with the beating death of a 52-year-old Carpentersville man outside of a Casey's gas station and convenience store on Route 31 the morning of June 10.
Alex T. Hall Jr., 52, died three days later. His adult son was also injured in the attack. Police said it was an incident of road rage.
According to West Dundee police, A Kane County grand jury has indicted Kurt E. Doporcyk, age 41, of Algonquin; Ryan T. Barrett, age 32, of Huntley; and Peter D. Stoyshich, 30, of Belize.
Each is charged with one count of second-degree murder, one count of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, one count of aggravated battery in a public place and one count of mob action.
