A new community hub is replacing an empty property in Tinley Park.
The Tinley Park Park District released details for the recreational space that would replace the vacant site on West 183rd Street.
Along with a domed sports complex, the space will also include a full-size soccer field, picnic areas and a playground and sports facilities for people living with special needs.
The property was previously a mental health center and will sit next to the Park District's Freedom Park.
