Authorities in Aurora continue to ask for the public’s help as they search for a missing woman.
Aurora Police have shared a new photo of 32-year-old Shafia Murad.
Investigators say it was taken on a Pace bus at the Chicago Premium Outlet Mall last Thursday, hours before her family filed a missing persons report.
Police say Murad got off the bus near North Farnsworth and Corporate Boulevard around 2 o’clock that afternoon, and may have crossed the east side of Farnsworth.
Family members say Murad suffers from mental illness and may have been trying to get to Chicago.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is being asked to contact Aurora PD.
