CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- In case you didn't know, Chicago is a lot of fun - and there's a survey to prove it! That's right "The Second City" has been ranked the second city in the world to have the most fun in.
The annual "Time Out Index" survey had 27,000 readers respond this year, and the results found that Chicago is the second most fun city in the world, behind only Tel Aviv, Israel.
So that still means Chicago is THE the most fun city in the United States -- that's kind of a big deal, right? Well, there's always something going on in Chicago, no matter the season, which draws in both residents and tourists alike.
According to Time Out, Chicago narrowly beat our Miami, which ranked third; and Rome, Italy was last on the list, making it the least fun city in the world.
Additionally, the Time Out Index survey found that Chicago was voted the second most beautiful city in the world, as well. I guess Chicago likes sticking to that "Second City" name in more ways that one!
