PARK RIDGE (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Park Ridge Police have issued a community alert concerning a man who's targeting young girls.

They're trying to identify the man who, they say, on at least two occasions grabbed the rear ends of juvenile girls on the street.

The first incident occurred when he was jogging, police said. The second time, he was on a bike.

The incidents occurred in the Uptown area, according to police.

They released a photo of the man from a security camera. He's riding a bicycle. You can 't make out his face.

Police describe the man as 30 to 45-years-old, medium to heavy set build, with red facial hair and tattoos on both arms.

They're calling this a battery investigation. That would be the crime under State law.
