CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - One man is dead, and police have made at least one arrest after a traffic accident on the South Side.
It was just before midnight near 83rd and Kedzie when a black SUV headed southbound collided with a white sedan traveling on 83rd.
Police said three males jumped out of the SUV and began to run. Authorities were able to locate one of them. They’re still searching for the others.
One person was in the sedan. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Area One detectives are investigating.
