Samnag “Sam” Toem, was visiting from Hollywood, Fla., but was reported missing Tuesday, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. He may be in the Des Plaines area.
Toem is 5-foot-5, 120 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, and has a medium-brown complexion, police said.
