(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A 17-year-old girl is charged as an adult in a crash in Bartlett that killed two South Elgin high school students in August.
Kane County prosecutors say Aanomeya Jacquline Henry was high on marijuana at the time of the crash Aug. 31.
Henry also faces reckless homicide charges in the deaths of 17-year-old Kamorra Campbell of Bartlett and 16-year-old Tahlulay Henry of Elgin.
They were passengers in Henry's car. A third passenger was injured after authorities say Henry was making a left turn and failed to yield to an oncoming dump truck.
A judge has released Henry pending trial, under several conditions, including random drug testing, prosecutors said.
