The U. of C.'s new full-time, nine-month program is designed for students who already possess a strong technical foundation.
The program combines advanced AI study with hands-on application.
Students will complete four Artificial Intelligence core courses, and then will complete five electives in the areas of: AI in practice, frontier AI and performance AI.
U. of C. Professor Arnab Bose says from the first day of class, students will be solving real world problems.
The University of Chicago's Master of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence program will accept its first students in autumn 2027.
