Driver of vehicle found flipped over in Indiana faces slew of charges

SCHERERVILLE, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- The driver of a car that was found flipped over after an accident in Schererville, Indiana faces many charges.

Officers responded to the intersection of US HWY 41 and Deer Creek Drive for a report of an accident with injuries at 12:43 p.m. on Friday.

The driver of the vehicle was charged with Possession Of Cocaine, Possession Of Methamphetamine, Operating A Vehicle While Intoxicated, Operating A Vehicle While Intoxicated / Endangering A Person, Reckless Driving Causing Injury, Possession Of Marijuana, Possession Of A Controlled Substance, and two counts of Possession Of Paraphernalia.

Police said "no one involved in this incident sustained any life threatening injuries."
