(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – A 77-year-old Illinois woman is accused of shipping drugs to imprisoned inmates.
Sandra Lewis of Bloomington has been indicted for manufacturing or delivering more than 200 grams of amphetamine, police in the central Illinois city announced this week.
"Lewis was shipping the amphetamine to inmates at multiple correction institutions," police said.
Lewis was arrested last week on a warrant following a lengthy investigation, authorities said.
