
Rite Aid has announced another round of store closures as the pharmacy chain files for bankruptcy.
Court documents show another 32 closures were announced this week, in addition to the 154 closures announced last month.
The additional store closings will take place in 10 states, including California, Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington.
A specific timeline for the closures was not provided. Rite Aid is expected to transfer patients' prescriptions to other local pharmacies.

Rite Aid is the country's third-largest pharmacy chain and operates over 2,000 locations. The chain has filed for bankruptcy due to declining sales, increasing debt and mounting lawsuits following the opioid epidemic.
The full list of closures, as of Nov. 30, now includes 186 stores in 15 states.
Pennsylvania has the largest number of store closures at 44. That's followed by 34 in California, 23 in Michigan, 21 in New York, 15 in Washington, 14 in New Jersey, 11 in Ohio, six in Maryland, five in Virginia, four in Connecticut, three in Oregon, two in Delaware and Idaho, and one in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
