A new survey by JD Power says both of Chicago's airports are below average when it comes to overall customer satisfaction.
The ranking puts O'Hare in a tie for last place along with Newark Liberty Airport in New Jersey among the country's 20 mega airports.
O'Hare scored only 585 points out of a thousand point scale.
Midway fared a little better scoring 645 points and coming in at 17 out of 24 of the nations large airports.
24,710 people took part in the survey -- ranking categories including ease of travel through the airport, level of trust in the airport and food, beverage and retail options.
As for the survey's top airports, Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport ranked highest among mega airports for the third year in a row, with a score of 684, Tampa International Airport ranked highest among large airports with a score of 715.
