FB Khari Blasingame, Bears agree to 2-year contract extension

(670 The Score) Fullback Khari Blasingame and the Bears have reached an agreement on a two-year deal, his agency said Wednesday evening.

The Bears haven't yet made the deal with Blasingame official.

Blasingame, 26, played in 16 games for the Bears last season after inking a one-year contract with the team. He played 154 snaps offensively, though he didn't carry the football.

Blasingame was a key player on special teams, working 52% of the Bears' snaps in that department. He played his first three NFL seasons with the Titans.
