(670 The Score) The Bears have hired Mike Adams as their assistant defensive backs coach, the team announced Tuesday.
Adams was a 16-year NFL veteran safety and a two-time Pro Bowl selection who last played in 2019 with the Texans. He attended Delaware, where he overlapped with Bears coach Matt Nagy. This marks Adams' first coaching role.
Adams, 39, joins a reshuffled defensive coaching staff under the watch of new coordinator Sean Desai.
