Bears safety Eddie Jackson, offensive tackle Larry Borom and practice squad linebacker Sam Kamara were activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list while tight end Jesper Horsted was added to the list.
The Bears currently have 11 players on the virus list after making that series of roster moves Wednesday.
The Bears (4-10) take on the Seahawks (5-9) on Sunday in Seattle.
