(104.3 The Score) Bears running back Kyle Monangai will miss his third straight game Thursday while dealing with multiple injuries.
Monangai has been ruled out of the Bears' game against the Patriots as he deals with right thumb and toe issues. The Bears' running game has taken a step back in recent weeks in Monangai's absence. Lead running back D'Andre Swift and reserve Roschon Johnson have carried the load in the running game as the Bears have averaged just 3.1 yards per carry in their past two games.
Bears right guard Jonah Jackson (hip/quad) was listed as a full participant Wednesday and doesn't carry an injury designation, meaning he's cleared to play Thursday. Linebacker Jack Sanborn (concussion) was ruled out, while linebacker T.J. Edwards (hamstring) is doubtful to play. Cornerback Tyrique Stevenson (hip) was listed as questionable.
The Patriots ruled out starting guards Alijah Vera-Tucker (hamstring) and Ben Brown (knee), while offensive tackle Moses Morgan (foot) is questionable. That means New England could potentially be missing three starters on its offensive line.
The Bears (4-2) and Patriots (4-2) will kick off at 7:15 p.m. CT on Thursday at Soldier Field.
