LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) — Bears receiver Darnell Mooney and tight end Cole Kmet were held out of practice Wednesday at Halas Hall.
Mooney entered the concussion protocol following the Bears' win against the Cardinals on Sunday after reporting his own symptoms to the team. Kmet left that contest with a knee injury. The Bears plan to monitor Kmet's status throughout the week.
Bears center Lucas Patrick (knee) didn't practice Wednesday, while left guard Teven Jenkins (concussion) practiced in full. Running back D'Onta Foreman (personal reasons) returned to the team, while receiver Equanimeous St. Brown (pectoral) and linebacker Noah Sewell (knee) returned to practice.
Top receiver DJ Moore wasn't listed with an injury designation Wednesday after dealing with an ankle injury during the game Sunday.
The Bears (6-9) host the Falcons (7-8) on Sunday at Soldier Field.
