Report: Former Bears offensive lineman Teven Jenkins to sign with Browns

(670 The Score) Formers Bears offensive lineman Teven Jenkins will sign with the Browns, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reported Thursday afternoon.

Jenkins, 27, played in 45 games and made 38 starts over four seasons in Chicago. He was a second-round pick of the Bears in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Jenkins' tenure in Chicago was marred by injuries. He missed 23 total games in four seasons. Jenkins played in a career-high 14 games last year, though he also left several games early due to injury.

While Jenkins was available for the Bears to re-sign, the team effectively moved on from him before free agency began by acquiring guard Jonah Jackson from the Rams and guard Joe Thuney from the Chiefs in a pair of trades in early March.
