(670 The Score) Bulls forward Derrick Jones Jr. is expected to miss two to four weeks after suffering a right knee injury Wednesday night.

Jones landed awkwardly on his knee less than a minute into the Bulls’ eventual 138-112 loss to the Nets. He suffered a bone bruise but avoided ligament damage, the team said.
Jones had been starting for the Bulls at power forward lately in the absence of Javonte Green, who’s expected to be out at least a couple more weeks with a groin injury. Jones is averaging 6.3 points and 3.4 rebounds in 17.2 minutes across 31 games, including eight starts. He’s shooting 58.2%.
With Jones set to be out for a while, the Bulls will sign 6-foot-6 wing Malcolm Hill to a 10-day contract, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported. He averaged 5.7 points in a recent three-game stint with the Hawks.
