(670 The Score) The Bulls have tweaked the back end of their roster.

Chicago will sign forward Alfonzo McKinnie to a standard contract and will waive big man Alize Johnson, Shams Charania of the Athletic reported Sunday morning. McKinnie, a Chicago native, earned his roster spot with solid play while he was on a 10-day hardship exception contract as the Bulls were decimated by COVID-19.
The 6-foot-7 McKinnie, 29, has averaged 8.0 points and 2.3 rebounds in 25.0 minutes across three games for the Bulls. He has also shot 6-of-12 on 3-pointers and fit well within the Bulls' system. He previously played for the Raptors, Warriors, Cavaliers and Lakers in the first four years of his NBA career.
Johnson, 25, averaged 1.8 points and 2.3 rebounds in 7.6 minutes across 16 games for Chicago this season. He was playing on a non-guaranteed contract that would’ve become fully guaranteed in January.
