Here is security footage of the people who allegedly stole ice cream from Lugia's.

The official Lugia's facebook account writes "Early Sunday morning LuGia's had uninvited guests. Please review this video to help identify the group of people who broke in and vandalized our ice cream trucks and took product.
Having prepped these trucks for parties to be ready for celebrations on Sunday we arrived without favorite flavors for an 85th birthday celebration and upset customers awaiting their dessert from LuGia's On Wheels.
We've been working with the Town of Ogden Police Department. Please let us know if you can help identify anyone in these videos. Cash reward and ice cream. Contact sploof@ogdenny.com."
