BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) – Once a vacant warehouse, the AP Lofts at Larkinville held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday morning.

The eight-story warehouse, which was once the home of Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, was converted into 147 apartments with a restaurant and a brew pub featured on the ground floor at the corner of Hamburg and Swan Street. The cost of the project was $42 million.
