Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police have arrested 30 year old Amber Lewis of Buffalo and charged her with endangering the welfare of a child in connection with Sunday night's pit bull attack of a young child on Watson Street.
Police say Lewis is the dog's owner and tell us the pit bull has been seized.
The young child remains in serious condition at a local hospital.
