BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - A Buffalo man who ran from Erie County sheriff's deputies was arrested in North Buffalo on Wednesday.
The Erie County Sheriff's Office said they arrested Deniro Bly after allegedly stealing from a liquor store in Springville on June 9. A week later, Bly, 21, allegedly stole firearms from a home on Mortons Corners in Concord and violated an order of protection because of that burglary. He was accused of resisting arrest and petit larceny on June 17 and ran from police. Police also say they executed a search warrant for a stolen vehicle and found the stolen firearm from the June 16 burglary.
