Clarksville Teen Indicted for Murder

Belmont, N.Y. (WBEN) - An Allegany County grand jury has indicted 17 year old William Larson, Junior of Clarksville on charges that accuse him of killing his parents at their home in November of 2019.

Larson is facing two counts of 2nd degree murder, along with concealing a corpse, tampering with evidence and attempted arson.

According to prosecutors, Larson is accused of murdering his parents, 49 year old Lisa Larson and 67 year old William Larson, Senior, at their home on Courtney Hollow Road on November 5, 2019.

Two weeks later, on November 21, prosecutors believe the younger Larson started a fire to cover up the deaths.

The autopsy report indicated that the elder Larson was shot in the chest as well as stabbed multiple times. Lisa Larson died from a single stab wound to the chest. She was also shot in the right leg.

Once firefighters and law enforcement arrived at the home, Larson took off in the woods. He was the subject of a 16 hour manhunt.that involved dozens of people and K-9 units.

Larson is scheduled to be arraigned on the indictment February 24 in Allegany County Court.
