Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - The Allentown Art Festival leadership has decided to cancel the 2020 festival due to the uncertainties caused by the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
The 2020 event would have been the 63rd annual festival.
The Allentown Village Society is working on a virtual show. "We will have links to each of the artist's websites. We want the public to see the show online," said Lippman. "This is a very difficult time for these artists. They are self-employed and all of their shows have been canceled up until this point." They expect to have a virtual gallery ready in the next several weeks.
