CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WBEN) - Governor Andrew Cuomo visited Cheektowaga on Saturday ahead of the winter storm that's set to dump several inches in Western New York and across the entire state.
Cuomo said one stuck car on the road can back up everything and jeopardize lives.
