BUFFALO (WBEN) - As has been a recent trend Governor Cuomo continued to sound the alarm for Western New York Thursday morning, citing a 1.9% positive test rate for the region.
"The overall numbers are good news - Western New York is not good news," said Cuomo.
The governor noted that local governments will need to step up in combating the rise, and he also implored residents adhere to health and safety protocols, including wearing a mask.
