Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Thousands of Western New Yorkers are waking up Monday morning without power following a punishing wondstorm Sunday and through the night. (Links to power outages and complete weather warnings below).
A ban on empty tractor trailers had been in place since early Sunday and at least one truck was blown over along the New York State Thruway near Walden Avenue. The driver was ticketed. The ban on empty tractor trailers has since been lifted in the Buffalo and WNY area.
