Cheektowaga, NY (WBEN) A local assemblymember says approving recreational marijuana should not be rushed because there are so many questions that still need to be answered.
Wallace says she doesn't think all the issues will be resolved within six weeks, when the budget is due.
The mother of two teenage children, Wallace is also concerned about a new shift in policy regarding marijuana. "As we know, the science is up until 25, using marijauna changes the brain structure among teenagers," says Wallace.
