Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A doctor is accused of forcibly touching one of his patients.
Prosecutors say 66 year old Mark Fisher of Kenmore intentionally and forcibly touched the intimate parts of an adult female patient while he was working as a physician at the ECMC Outpatient Behavioral Health Center in Buffalo back in August.
