Buffalo, NY (WBEN) While Gov. Cuomo has not declared a run for the White House in 2020, there's been some speculation he'll join the race if former Vice President Joe Biden does not.
"We live our lives on a set of assumptions and a set of realities. I have a set of assumptions on who is going to run and what this Democratic election looks like," Cuomo recently told Alan Chartock. "I think it's essential the Democrats win. I am scared out of my shoes about President Trump and I think the Democrats should win unless they blow it, and they're capable of blowing it."
