Town of Clarence, NY (WBEN) A Clarence man faces multiple charges after allegedly hitting a pedestrian on Harris Hill Road Saturday. NY State Police say that 50-year-old, Michael Eddo was traveling south on Harris Hill near Main Street when he struck a 51-year-old man who was in his path. Police arrested Eddo after he failed a field sobriety test. They later administered a breath test which revealed Eddo had a .19% BAC. Eddo faces charges of Aggravated DWI and vehicular assault. The unidentified victim was taken to ECMC where he is listed in serious condition.
