(WBEN) Genesee County Sheriff's Deputies were on the scene of a fatal crash Saturday around noon on Route 63 at the Intersection with Route 19 in the Town of Pavilion.
Deputies report that 81- year old Robert Daniels of Warsaw, New York failed to stop for a red traffic light and hit the side of a tractor-trailer. Daniels was trapped in the wreck and pronounced dead at the scene.
