WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WBEN) - West Seneca Police identified the driver in Sunday's fatal crash at Langner and Fisher Roads as 17-year-old Tyler Wackowski.
Five other people were injured in the accident that happened shortly before 5:30 a.m. Three 17-year-old boys and a 17-year-old girl were injured while the fifth passenger was an 18-year-old woman from West Seneca. All but the 17-year-old girl were released from the hospital.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday for Wackowski.
Police have released what caused the crash and did not reveal the names of the injured passengers, citing HIPAA laws.
