Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Buffalo woman admits to killing another woman during a house party last summer.
19-year-old Areyona Favors of Buffalo pleaded guilty to a count of first degree manslaughter.
Favors admitted that on Friday, August 17, 2018, at approximately 11 p.m., she stabbed 21-year-old NaKara Morgan of Buffalo multiple times at a house party on Schreck Avenue in the City of Buffalo. Morgan later died from her injuries at ECMC.
Favors faces a maximum of 25 years in prison when she is sentenced on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. She remains remanded without bail.
