Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Buffalo man pleads guilty to a summer homicide.
26-year-old Juan Ayala-Colon of Buffalo pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of 25-year-old Norbert Guzman Tapia in August. Ayala-Colon admitted to pulling the trigger outside an apartment on Upper East Lane in the city's Riverside section. Tapia died at ECMC.
Ayala-Colon faces a maximum of 25 years in prison when he is sentenced on Tuesday, February 11.
He's being held without bail.
