
Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A jury convicted two men in connection with a homicide in 2018.
A jury found 28-year-old Montek Mastin of Buffalo guilty of second degree murder and criminal possession of weapon and 24-year-old Jamal Young of Buffalo of criminal possession of a weapon. He was acquitted of murder.
Mastin faces a maximum of 25 years to life in prison and Young faces a maximum of 15 years in prison when they are sentenced before Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. Both remain held without bail.
