"I think Patriot Nation is a little bit shaken"

(WBEN) - This week's game between the Bills and Patriots has a bit of a different feel to it, and not just for fans in Buffalo.

"Quite frankly, dealing with fans on Twitter and dealing with fans on the radio... I think Patriots fans and Patriot Nation is a little bit shaken," said Andy Hart, who covers the Patriots for WEEI in Boston.

Hart told WBEN on Thursday morning that the feeling comes from watching a New England Team that hasn't been able to maintain the dominance it's been used to.

"I think there's some emotion with this team because of everything that's going in to this season and where they are with two weeks to play," Hart said. "It's been a long time since they've had a December division game that's as important as this one. This team right now is sort of scrambling to prove it's identity and prove they can do what they did a year ago."

The Bills will find out if they can capitalize on that feeling this Saturday. Kickoff is at 4:30. The game will be shown locally on Channel 7.
