BUFFALO (WBEN) - New York State Trooper Ronald Ensminger, who was hit by a vehicle that blew through a line of officers on Bailey Ave on June 1, was released from the hospital Friday afternoon.

June 19, 2020 Ensminger suffered a broken pelvis and other injuries in the incident, requiring surgery and therapy at ECMC.
The driver of the vehicle, Deyanna Davis, was charged with aggravated assault of a police officer, among other charges, but she has pleaded not guilty.
