Mayor Bryon Brown gave an update that is sure to please those who frequent the market.
"You will see millions of dollars coming to the Broadway Market," said Brown. "I want to thank Governor Andrew Cuomo who has committed $4 million to the Broadway Market, which will be invested on the inside and on the exterior...very soon."
Brown noted that an additional $500,00 has been allocated by State Assemblywoman Crystal Peoples-Stokes.
Two other major additions are coming to the Broadway Market, a commercial kitchen and a Buffalo Police substation, as they are both about one month away from being completely operational.
